Fall time is my favorite season! And peaches have been one of my favorite fruits this year! Seriously... I eat them every. single. day.☺ So what better way to mashup the two than to bake a fabulous and delicious Blackberry & Peach Cobbler... Mmmm...❤
I created my own rendition of a recipe that caters to the lifestyles of many...

❤GLUTEN-FREE!
❤AND SWEETENED WITH LOVE BY NATURE!
This recipe is clean, (beyond) delicious and full of nutritional benefits... That's a winner in my book... Come to mama!❤
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 pounds of yellow peaches sliced & pitted
- 2 small pints of blackberries
- 1 3/4 cups of almond flour (I use 'Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour' )
- 2 cups of gluten-free oats (I also use 'Bob's Red Mill Gluten-Free Oats')
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, mix almond flour, oats, salt, olive oil, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon.
- In a 9x13 baking dish, start the first layer using half of the peach slices and blackberries.
- Use half of the crumble as the second layer on top of fruit.
- Repeat step 3 to add third layer using the remainder of fruit.
- Repeat step 4 to add fourth and final layer of remaining crumble on top.
- Bake 45-55 minutes.
Serve warm with 'Nada Moo Vanilla...Ahhh'...☺
